*Elderberry (Sambucus nigra), *Rose hips (Rosa canina), *Hibiscus (Hibiscus sabdariffa), *Lemon balm (Melissa officinalis), *Astralagus root (astragalus membranaceus), *Eleuthero root (Eleutherococcus senticosus), *Orange peel (Citrus sinensis), *Ginger root (Zingiber officinale) *organic

Pour 12oz of freshly boiled water over 1 tablespoon of herbal mix. Cover and steep for 30 minutes. Strain and drink throughout the day.
