All items are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges. Due to the nature of our products, Nurtur Health Inc. cannot assure the purity of merchandise once it has been shipped. For safety and hygiene reasons this merchandise cannot be restocked or resold, so we do not accept returns.

We work hard to get packages to you as quickly as possible. As a result, once your order is shipped, we cannot accept cancellations or changes. If you would like to update your recently placed order, please contact nurtur.info@gmail.com prior to receiving the shipping confirmation.
We are not responsible for items damaged/lost in transit. Once an item has shipped, it is the responsibility of Canada Post and all issues must be taken up with them.
