Botanical Beauty Facial Steps:

1. Cleanse with Lavender Face Cleansing Grains (2 min.)

Place about 1 teaspoon of powder into a small bowl. Add about 1-11/4 teaspoon water to turn the mixture into a light paste. Wet your face and apply the paste in circular motion. Rinse off right away or leave on as a mask for a few minutes before rinsing. (Tip: re-constitute with raw honey instead of water for a more hydrating effect, and/or natural yogurt for a brightening effect).

2. Steam 5-10 min.

In a large bowl, cover 2 tablespoons of botanicals with 4 cups of boiling water, allow to steep and cool slightly. Place a towel over the head and bowl to create a steam tent. Breathe deeply and enjoy. 

Note: do not use on irritated skin, active acne, rosacea, sunburned or sensitive skin, or with skin with broken capillaries. Heat can further aggravate these conditions.

3. Apply the mask (5-10 min.)

Add 1 teaspoon of the mask mixture to a small mixing bowl. Pour about 1 teaspoon of water or liquid of your choice and keep adding a few more drops to mix into a spreadable paste. Apply the mask avoiding eye area and leave it on for 5-7 minutes. Avoid letting the mask dry completely. Rinse off with warm and then cool water. Pat almost dry, but leave a bit moist.

4. Tone

Close eyes and spritz face and neck. For best results, follow with face oil while skin is still moist.

5. Moisturize with Facial Serum Oil

Apply 2-3 pumps to your palm. Using fingertips, gently pat the serum onto face and neck.
