Shake well before using. Apply a drop or two of oil under the nose, on the throat, temples, chest, and behind the ears. Apply a few drops to the soles of the feet. Massage the oil completely into the skin, then cup your hands over your mouth and nose, close your eyes, and inhale the essences. Inhale through the mouth if the nose is congested. Avoid direct contact with the eyes, nose, and mouth. Repeat several times per day.
