Ingredients

*Chicory root (Cichorium intybus), *Burdock root (Arctium lappa), *Dandelion root (Taraxacum officinale), *Chaga mushroom (Inonotus obliquus)

How to use

In a pot, add 2 tablespoons of the mix to 2 cups of water and bring to boil. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes. Strain and enjoy “black”, or with milk and/or honey as desired.
